About LastDrop
LastDrop is a research-based company in Canada focusing on innovative technologies within the food industry, particularly seeking novel solutions to the critical problem of food waste. Our group has been mainly focused on the food packaging field to develop effective solutions to the mentioned problem. One of the major sources of food waste is the residual food liquids that have adhered to the internal walls of the food containers. At LastDrop, we attempted to develop an innovative coating technology to repel any type of food liquids such that the food would be consumed till its last drop.
